Jen is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), Certified Professional Coach™ and founder of Blue Core Coaching. She has more than 15 years’ experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors doing organizational structure reviews, career development, personal coaching and facilitation, mentoring, and leadership development.
Jen has served as Director, Consulting & Advisory Services at Pillar Nonprofit Network; Coordinator, Mentoring for Success at Fanshawe College; and Coordinator, Key Leadership Competencies Mentoring Program for Public Works and Government Services Canada – Pacific Region. An established public speaker, Jen has presented at King’s University College, TechAlliance’s Gearing Up for Growth Conference, London & Region Fund Raising Executives, KWA Partners, Project Management Institute Southwest Ontario Symposium, and the Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers.

A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach™, Accredited Certified Coach, and Certified Human Resources Professional, Penny has more than 25 years of business management and leadership experience.
As Vice-President Contracting/Strategic Sourcing for healthcare purchasing organization Medbuy, Penny managed $900 million of outsourced goods and services. As Director, Strategic Plan Implementation at Medbuy, she led an organizational structure review with the Executive Leadership Team. And at TD Canada Trust, Penny managed teams of more than 200 employees and budgets of $50 million.
Today, Penny is president of Insightfull Coaching, where she helps individuals and teams learn about themselves and leverage that knowledge to achieve their goals. Penny's experience running her own HR consulting practice and serving on senior leadership teams positions her to lead transformational change efforts that deliver results to operational and strategic levels.

Caitlin uses her training as a Certified Co-Active Coach to build authentic relationships, personal discovery and growth. One-to-one coaching with Caitlin is an experience of transformation as she partners with clients to learn about who they are, what they want, and who they want to become.
With teams, Caitlin leverages her unique background in performance to facilitate an experience where teams can safely navigate change management, culture development, healthy communication and trust. Her approach includes experiential exercises, laughter and boldness to create team cohesiveness, increased positivity & productivity, and improved awareness & empathy.
As a Certified Neuro-Transformational Coach, Caitlin includes wisdom of neuroscience to enhance learning and give scientific roots to coaching.

Anthea leads boutique consulting firm Anthea Rowe Communications, where she crafts outreach strategies and strengthens written and verbal communications for individuals and organizations. Past roles include Manager of Internal Communications at StarTech.com, Content Development Manager at Ivey Business School’s Network for Business Sustainability, and Associate Director Marketing & Communications at Robarts Research Institute.
Anthea teaches communications in Western University's Master of Media in Journalism and Communication. She is a director of IABC London and has won multiple IABC Virtuoso Awards for excellence in communications.

Instructional Designer & E-learning Specialist
Arti develops customized training programs based on principles of adult learning and organizational behaviour.
Over the last 25 years, Arti has held roles as a software quality assurance analyst, systems developer, music educator, instructional designer and e-learning specialist. As VP of Artek Solutions Inc., Arti conducts needs and learning assessments with clients and subject matter experts, designs and develops engaging and interactive instructional material, evaluates and confirms learning outcomes, and provides management reporting on training progress and completion.
A lifelong learner, Arti is pursuing a Master of Education from Athabasca University.
Philosophy: I enjoy teaching and derive great pleasure from witnessing “lightbulb” moments. I always try to approach life with a positive outlook and a sense of balance.
